The Papillon team has been closely monitoring the news around the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. In light of ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, Papillon has activated its business continuity plans. Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and other stakeholders, as well as the continuity of our services to safeguard the interests of our clients. We have implemented remote working for our office-based employees in line with the Government recommendations and to protect the health of our employees. From an outside perspective there will be no change with our phone lines, support systems and services continuing as normal. All scheduled meetings will now be changed to online meetings instead of in person and we would highly recommend Zoom as a online meeting provider that is both free and simple to use. The Next Few Months We would kindly ask that you bear us in mind if you do hear of any person or business who needs PR and marketing in this period of crisis. Papillon relies on the success and recommendations of its clients for its future business and has been almost solely built based on word of mouth recommendations. What Does the Future Hold We will continue to monitor ongoing advice from the NHS and after voluntarily self isolating we hope to prevent the spread of the virus as much as possible to give the NHS time to respond. We will continue to ensure our services are uninterrupted throughout the epidemic and will continue to put our customers first in our plans for the future. We will provide further updates as we receive new information and hope everyone stays safe and well. Kind Regards, The Papillon Communications team |
