Crisis Communications
Can you put a price on your reputation?
Unfortunately, crises in the workplace do occur and if they are not handled in the right way it could cost you your business. While most organisations spend significant time and effort putting operational plans in place to deal with a disaster, they put relatively little resource into protecting their most important asset, their public reputation.
Could it happen to you? Crises don’t just happen to other people. Given the frequency of incidents and crisis situations can you afford to keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best?
What keeps you awake at night? There is a surprising commonality of crises across sectors; fatalities or injuries, IT failure or data loss, criminal activity, a quality or regulatory issue compromising safety, fire or flood affecting properties, the list goes on… Somewhere an organisation you know will be tackling one of these today and dealing with the consequences.
And if the worse happens, are you prepared?
